5. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees are billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 14 days prior to renewal. Refunds are available within the first 14 days for annual plans only.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Forge & Phrase provides educational content that does not guarantee specific financial results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
